The theme for Youth Week 2020 is ‘E korero ana mātou.  E whakarongo ana koutou?  We’re speaking.  Are you listening?
Our music studio, the Imaginarium, is set up to listen to youth this week.  Simply go in, hit record and speak your mind.  The recorded audio will be made into and radio show and podcast highlighting Tasman’s youth voice.  We encourage youth people between 12-24 years of age to take advantage of this opportunity to speak and be heard by their community. 

The Imaginarium will be open for three hours each day (from 2 to 5 PM), and will be run by Assistant Librarian – Youth and Children Services Amy Groome, along with a team of local teenagers.

No booking is necessary.

Youth Week events aim to provide fun and community connection for young people aged 12-24 years.
